Pilates:

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body.
It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance.

Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.


Zumba®:

Zumba® involves dance, fitness and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango. Squats and lunges are also included.

Zumba® fitness The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.

Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are designed for children between the ages of 3 and 12. They have the same dance and music styles as regular Zumba® classes, but have routines designed specifically for kids.

Zumba® Gold lower intensity than Zumba® fitness. It is specifically designed to the needs of specific population and includes the same kind of music as the Zumba® fitness party class.

Triggerpoints Therapy™:

Myofascial trigger points, also known as trigger points, are described as hyperirritable spots in the fascia surrounding skeletal muscle. They are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibers.
The trigger point model states that unexplained pain frequently radiates from these points of local tenderness to broader areas, sometimes distant from the trigger point itself.
Compression of a trigger point may elicit local tenderness, referred pain, or local twitch response.
